  • Free interactive exercises – AML/KYC training scenarios accessible without registration at /courses/. These are educational tools provided “as is” at no cost.
  • Email waitlist – users may submit their name and email address to receive early access notifications for upcoming paid courses.
  • Paid online courses (forthcoming) – self-paced digital courses on AML compliance and KYC topics, delivered via this platform upon purchase.

The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the free or paid services at any time, with or without notice, though reasonable notice will be given where practicable.

3. User Accounts

Registration is not currently required to access free content on the Site. If user accounts are introduced for paid course access, the following will apply:

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You may not share account access with third parties.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • The operator may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to interactive exercises, course materials, written content, videos, graphics, and underlying code – is the property of Filip Leszczyński FL Group (the operator) and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial professional development only. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content in whole or in part.
  • Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit any course material.
  • Share access credentials or course content with third parties.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from the Site.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access and legal action.

5. Payment terms

Paid courses are priced in USD and sold as single-user licences. Payments are processed through WooCommerce and Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise the operator to charge your selected payment method for the applicable amount.

Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes where required. The operator will issue a purchase receipt by email.

6. Refund Policy

This section applies to paid digital course purchases.

EU/EEA Consumer Rights: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to digital content (such as online courses) where delivery has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is waived upon access.

By completing a purchase and ticking the consent checkbox at checkout, you confirm that:

  • You request immediate access to the digital content upon purchase.
  • You acknowledge that by doing so, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Refunds outside the waiver: If you have not yet accessed the course content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us via the contact page. Requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The operator does not offer refunds in cases of change of mind after content has been accessed, unless required by applicable mandatory law.

7. Email communications

By submitting your name and email address through any form on this Site (including the waitlist), you consent to receive transactional and marketing emails related to Compliance Ninja products and services, including course launch announcements and updates.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email you receive.

Email communications are managed using Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), which acts as a data sub-processor. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

All content on this Site is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice, regulatory guidance, or a substitute for professional compliance consultation.

AML and KYC regulations vary significantly by jurisdiction, sector, and institution type. Users are solely responsible for verifying the applicability and accuracy of any information to their specific circumstances.
